Marriage if they don’t intend to commit their lives to each other and their children would indeed be a mistake.

But their unwillingness to even commit to a timeline for commitment indicates that commitment is going to be a problem for them.

Again, adoption would probably have been the best and most mature decision in this case. But we already knew we were dealing with teenagers...fortunately the Palin family, at least, is functional enough to give the child a fighting chance.

But we can’t pretend that any part of this, other than not rending the child limb from limb, was any sort of moral triumph or uplifting story.

Why is it important for you to have a timeline for their marriage? You seem far too personally invested in their lives.

This story is a good relief for the loosers on this thread who can’t face their own life.

It makes them feel good, pure, and just glad this is the worst that is going on in the world since our economy is great, our military has a Marxist as COC and all is well.

Bristol Palin will not be going on WIC anytime soon, and her son will not be growing up to mug you or I in the street. Those are my 2 main problems with many single moms, and it is not an issue in this case, so moral victory achieved!

Thank You!
