Well Republicans may indeed have advocated a better solution but they aren’t very good at marketing it because I am not aware of it and I would consider myself a news junkie.
Unless you mean tax cuts. And if that is the case, more than 1/4th of the current stimulus is tax cuts so the Dems have that as ammo that they have done what the Republicans would do (the size doesn’t matter, they will just say, yeah, we tried tax cuts.) It was a hell of a political play.
Is there something else that I missed? I honestly don’t know what Republicans are advocating other than letting the chips in the market fall where they may?
Sure wish that weren’t so . . . but every evidence says it is.
