Libby was taken care of. He at least had a bone tossed to him by way of the commutation.

What about the Haditha sacrifical lambs: Chessani and Wuterich.

It’s a violation of the gravest order that the commander in chief would stand by while these men are being persecuted.

Agreed. Inexcusable.

Libby and the rest of them played games and got burned. Bush never had the spine to simply stand up and say, "It has come to our attention that rogue elements at State and CIA have colluded in an attempt to produce propaganda that they hoped would damage the efforts of this administration to effectively conduct the war on terror. What we know at this point is that a low-level State Department diplomat named Joe Wilson was dispatched to Niger by his wife, CIA employee Valerie Plame, for the apparent purpose of having cocktails with low-level Niger diplomats and getting assurances that they didn't know anything about any yellowcake uranium. An investigation has been launched into this underhanded scheme and there will be no further comment until it is completed."

But no... instead everybody had to play games. I couldn't care less about Libby.

Meanwhile, real heroes like Chessani and Wuterich continue to twist in the legal wind. It's a disgrace.
