That is hardly serious either. It was stopped and then started again when the "virtual fence" proved to be a bust. It was hardly "seen through" when 800 miles are still open. His efforts were rather meaningless when you consider how many BP agents he could have immediately put on the border under existing law but never did. His first four years, at least, had a lower apprehension rate than during Clinton's two terms.
