I think potheads are stupid.
Having said that, I have reluctantly come to the same conclusion as you. Marijuana should be legalized and taxed.
Users of other drugs should go to tent-jails, like those in Arizona.
I'd like to see a good part of the snooty drug-using movie-makers sweat it out in the desert for a few months.

Ditto! (even though a large portion of domestic pot may be grown by Mexican nationals) It would put a major dent in the Cartels’s trade.
Yeah, a lot is grown here too, and like you said in another post a lot is being grown here by Mexican organized crime groups. We also have an increasing presence of Asian gangs that specialize in growing high grade indoor grown marijuana. They grow an awful lot of that grown in Canada and are showing up more and more in the U.S. And of course we have plain old white boys who work together producing and distributing marijuana. We have plenty of people out there growing a few plants in the woods or in their closets but the bulk of it is coming from organized crime groups. Big money attracts organized crime and organized crime end up causing a lot more problems than individuals who just grow a few plants and sell some.
