Actually, I was being flippant because I live near Leisure World in Southern California.
You follow a car down the road with its right blinker on for 3 minutes, just when you pass on the left, they turn left. It's uncanny.
You always look for the knuckles on top of the steering wheel and the lady with the blue hair peering over the dashboard.

That is cute. I guess they are just trying to draw you in. I am reaching the time in life where an infinitely blinking turn signal is a possibility...on my own car! Dang I hate getting old. :D)
