The type of people who live near and along the border of Tijuana are not Republican voters.
The other problem which is a national one, each year kids grad. from high school, you have at least 80% new Democrat voters.
They come out of the Liberal factory known as Public Schoos, not to mention the universities
It works that way in L.A. too. I think that people are ready for a change though.
