I take this to be good news. Am I correct?
Crooked politicians here in PA use the July 4th weekend to sneak through pay raises, tax increases etc.
So this long holiday weekend gives the CA gangsters a chance to do things hoping people aren’t paying attention.
This budget bill raises every tax imaginable but doesn’t require the layoff of a single state employee. Once again the private sector is asked to make all the sacrifices. What a surprise.
I wonder how long that will last?
Apparently that RINO idiot Arnold thinks a billion dollars in new taxes automatically equals a billion dollars in increased revenues. Then he’ll sit back slack jawed as revenues crash, businesses fail and working people flee the state.
Good for the California GOP but they will eventually get rolled.
The real power in this State is the public employee unions; not the legislature or governor.
Here's a message for my representatives: cut, cut, cut.
Darrell Steinberg never met a tax he didn’t want to impose or a private property right he didn’t want to eliminate. He’s a slimy little commie. God bless you Dave Cox for not caving in to the RINOs in Sacramento.

The Senate’s back at it, the Assembly meets at 1pm.
I heard on John and Ken’s radio show that 56 BILLION dollars is spent on welfare in California. Welfare abuse in this state is rampant with at least 50% being fraudulent. I was at the GYM the other day and ran into an old neighbor who was proud to tell me he was on full disability.
Andrew Jackson: “One man in the right makes a majority.”
What is amazing is that CA, the most liberal of places, managed to hold off on this bill in order to examine it more thoroughly while the US Congress ramrodded its plan through without debate.
