If it’s a “major milestone”, why is it going to take years to work and, according to “Rimshot” Biden, there is a 30% chance that it won’t work?
I read Biden’s remark to mean even if it works it will only be 30% effective. Of course my reading of it is influenced by my opinion of Joe E Biden.
