Actor Tom Cruise will drive the Chevrolet Camaro pace car at the start of Sunday’s Daytona 500.
Florida Gov. Charlie Crist has been named grand marshal for the 51st running of the Daytona 500. Keith Urban is set to perform a pre-race concert.
Julianne Hough will perform the National Anthem

I still remember an Indy 500 where A.J. Foyt described it as “a GD taxicab race” after he dropped out with mechanical problems.
Also remember a reporter asking A.J. about what happened to a car after he dropped out of another race: “The f?!ker broke.”
