I will offer this to you as something to think upon.
If a person running for political office holds themselves to a higher standard than others running for the same office does it behoove those others to drag that candidate down so that they don't have be held up against that person as an example of what a public servant is supposed to be?
And goodness knows the Republicans didn't need another "Dr. No" elected into office.

People who have been watching recent events with any discernment must realize by now that, for all his talk of material salvation for the masses, the Obama faction really means to strengthen only those willing to serve in the army of their domineering ambition. Thanks to the phony stimulus package, they will soon have billions of taxpayer dollars with which to nourish this servile allegiance to his will. Including myself, many of the people willing to articulate and act against his overthrow of Constitutional liberty have nothing in their coffers except the grace from God to see a little truth, and the courage to speak it, drawing upon the example of His Son. Why should they demand penalties against citizens who are simply seeking the enforcement of the Supreme Law of the Land?

Yes I know.
My point is that civil lawsuits have already proven to be ineffective all the way to several cases having been denied by the US Supreme Court.

I am suggesting that a more effective legal strategy might be to go at the matter from the criminal side of the law. Any district attorney or state Attorney General in a jurisdiction where Obama’s name was on the ballot (which is everywhere)can investigate for forgery or fraud and subpoena the birth document for presentation to a Grand Jury.
If the birth document proves authentic, the Grand Jury will not indict and it will be dismissed. If the birth document proves to be fraudulent or forged, then an indictment can be sought.
The officer of the court in the best position to seek a subpoena is Mark Bennett, the Republican Attorney General of the state of Hawaii.
Prosecuting attorneys go on these types of legal “fishing expeditions” every single day of the week.

I am not very familiar with Chavez. However, he along with a few in the DemonRAT party, are using its tactics. Most of them are just following along with the leadership. One thing for certain is that the Communists out there have changed their tactics. It looks as if the Fabian playbook is the one we should look at. I suspect there is a small group of them; very well organized pulling this thing off. I am not into conspiracies, but this looks like one to me. It appears to be a strategy that a very few are needed to make it work. If that is true, we can out them and kick them to the curb.

I am sure they have studied very thoroughly as how to make it work. If they are still a cell that has not metastasized, we may be able to eliminate them at the ballot. However, if they are like Zombies from the Dawn of the Dead, and they replicate themselves like cockroaches, it will take some strong medicine to eliminate them?

This needs some study.
