This excellent historical report does explain Vlasov’s army which joined the Germans (Nazis) and through Himler who created different foreign units created a million man army under German auspices which fought the Russians during WWII. By the way they freed Prague and fought the SS only to be turned over to the Russians and of course joind the defenders of Stalingrad (killed).
