So this bill has already passed? Why are they discussing it? to make themselves look good? I do not understand all this stuff.

The Senate made changes to the House version and passed it on Monday. Then the House got the bill back and made their own adjustments which must be voted on by the House again. After that the Senate will vote on the bill that came back from the House.

What the House voted on this morning was to not wait 48 hours to read the bill that had been established. The House may vote this afternoon/tonight.....the Senate after that.

I don't think anyone knows for sure what's in this latest version since it's now over 1,000 pages I believe.
