Re your post 38:

(2) His father was Frank Davis is in conflict with (4) Natural citizen and (5) US Citizen. If Frank was his father, he’s legit for President, even though his pedigree is blood red. But (2) alone wouldn’t disqualify him—it would just be deliciously embarrassing. The “Star” and “National Enquirer” would have to find a new and bigger typeface for their headlines.

On his Fight the Smears web site, Hussein has admitted that he was born a British and Kenyan subject through his father Barack Hussein Obama Sr. Since we know that Barack Obama is a prolifically inveterate liar, it is necessary to legally determine that Obama Sr. is in fact his actual father, since he may have been attempting to use the fact of an African father to establish some sort of romantic birth myth. (His birth certificate father may be a natural born citizen, but one whose origin is not as palatably romantic as that of Obama Sr.) Once it is established legally (via the vault Birth Certificate) that Obama Sr. is in fact his father, he should be Article II, clause 5 disqualified on the basis that at birth he had an actionable claim of citizenship upon the British Empire, and therefore cannot possibly be a national born citizen, one prerequisite of which is undivided allegiance. Your NBC status is your citizenship status AT BIRTH, not when you decide to run for president.
