And it calls for marching brown shirts to end the troublesome role of businesses having to compete through better products and services and merit-based competitive enterprise.
Who would dare oppose the corporate state if they could be conveniently called racist for doing so?
The markets will read this effort correctly and thus lead to more inept crying out for more coercive power.

OMGoodness...just three weeks into his administration and I agree with everyone here - I am just sick and loosing “hope” because of the “change” we will see/are seeing in the free country we have loved. It is really getting depressing. We all worried (and knew) what Obama would bring, but the speed with which he is spewing out these plans of his is frightening. And the almost unilateral acceptance of Congress (and the media) on everything Obama does/wants is even more disgusting.

Have milk and cookies on the table, and the shotgun you keep over the mantle, make sure and hide that when they visit. And all of your shooting trophies on the front hall shelf. Put them away, they are not politically correct.
Make sure that all of your recycling containers are conspicuously situated.
And the deer head trophy in the den? Nix that for their visit too and make sure to hide all of your shooting magazines, and NRA Bulletins.
And all your Anne Coulter Books, make sure they are well concealed, so the cannot be seen.
Have fun when they come around to take the census, ( its against the law to refuse). OH! And also hide your Family Bible and your copy of Johnah Goldbergs "Liberal Fascism."

How much funding will this department get? Sounds like reparations to me.
