It calls for Iowa to join with other states and pledge its electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote, no matter who wins in Iowa.Why don't they save the cost of the election and have Iowa to join with other states and pledge its electoral votes to the choice of the Main Stream Media, no matter who wins in the Electoral College.
