Yes, in all honesty it should be Steele. I sure hope he does. Specter would never had won if the RNC hadn't backed him over his contender. And Snow and the other one up there should have been tossed long ago. Problem is getting conservatives elected in the NE. There is practically a blackout of their messages and campaigns there.
