IIRC this guy got a county judge to pronounce a death sentence. And the moderate and liberal educated elite above the rest of us cheered... I remember just to have Tom Delay require proper congressional oversight of lower courts brought out the cries of a 'blow-back'... claim of some even on this site...
The liberals and moderates are about to find out just how much their and their loved ones lives are valued when the liberals take charge over their health care... According to the more educated among us there was a 'report' done on Ms. Terri that made the death sentence the proper call. I am sure it will be a model to be followed since it was allowed to set a precedence.
