I’ve registered my position against this budget proposal with the Governor’s office, and sent a fairly long email to him (doubt he’ll ever read it though). I underscored the very issues of health care for millions of illegals, and how our hospital emergeny rooms are being used as primary care physicians by these people. That, and welfare, worker’s comp, and how they are the ones responsible for screwing up the budget, yet we are forced to pay for their mistakes.

Yeah, retreat is always the best solution. I’d rather fight back.

Dream on. Howard Jarvis, like the revolt he so blessedly began is a memory. We’re being taken over by the socialists. And idiots like that McDonald’s worker in Florida are cheering and crying like babies.

California has been working this system exactly like the feds did: backroom deals, no Repubs need apply, take it or leave it, suborn just enough Repubs to let it pass.

It is past time for somebody to put a depression clock. It’s just running slowly is all. People will realize in due time. I don’t know if Bazooka Hank and Chopper Ben ever had a chance to prevent it, but it pretty much has a mind of its own now. Obama and the Democrats are now just about guaranteeing a depression by robbing us of future liquidity to misallocate now. Condoms. Internet connection. On and on. Wasting trillions that could have been better used later to dig us out of a mild depression.

It's a fake panic brought on by the collapse of fake books built on fake derivatives atop a fake currency create by a fake "Federal Reseerve" which is neither. And we're about to be saddled with real debt and real years of our lives *stolen* by the Keyan Kommie and his cadre of sub-human enablers. It has a mind of its own alright: George Soros and his hand puppet, President Barryshovic the Revolutionary et al.

Absolutely correct. We're going to have millions depending on soup kitchens, and this DEITY-DAMNED "government" will have spent all our capital on Gaza terrorist "refugee" relocation payments and ACORN payoffs.

Sometimes, there just aren't enough torches or pitchforks in the *world*...

Don't think of it as retreating. Think of it as you've overstayed your welcome behind enemy lines. It's their homeland. You need to lay mines, burn your house, salt the earth, and wave those SOBs a fond farewell.

Come to Texas. This is the natural homeland of patriots. California is the natural home of raisins, condors, and homosexuals.

We can call down thunder on their position once you get here...

Sorry - my family’s been in this country since 1653 - I’m not giving any ground back.

You get the government you deserve. Well, not that “we” deserve, as it is unlikely you vote for liberal socialists and I know I certainly don’t. I mean, “we” as a nation get the government we deserve. The founders were quite clear that only an informed, moral electorate that jealously fights for it’s rights and refreshes the tree of liberty with the blood of tyrants, can have a Republic, “if you can keep it.”

The fact is we are definitely soaring past apathy well on our way to dependence. Hey, our Democracy made it well past 200 years. That’s better than average!

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been 200 years.

“Great nations rise and fall. The people go from bondage to spiritual truth, to great courage, from courage to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency, from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependence, from dependence back again to bondage.”

I got the government I deserve. I am a monarchist, and I appointed myself king in a unanimous landslide. The problem isn't my government, it's a foreign government, headquartered in some District of Criminals or some such.

They are apparently a race of brutish vampires given the gift of speech who subsist on the blood of the hearty and productive. They are able to feed from a distance, without ever being seen or the lifeblood even being missed by the vast majority of their victims. Apparently, their victims even rejoice when some of their own blood is returned to them as a "refund". Poor deluded souls.

At any rate, I am apparently at war with their Kenyan usurper leader who insists that he owns my lands and life and the means by which I cook and heat and travel.

I don't know what possesses a parasite king to wage war on an upright and peaceful monarch like myself, whose realm he will never actually even encounter, but I care little for the motivations of someone who is dedicated to my enslavement and destruction.

He declares war on me. I have no honorable or logical recourse but to respond in kind.

Yep. Its going to prolong the recession and make an economic recovery more difficult. Liberals never learn.
