Don't have the right? If I get stopped and don't have a drivers license or insurance card i'm not going anywhere until they find out who I am. Pretty basic stuff.

They really don't have the right to demand people give their identification Actually they do. SCOTUS dealt with this about 3 years ago. If a police officer asks you for ID, you are legally bound to produce it.
