On 6/18/2001 they bought lots 18 and 19 - 1011 and 1013 Hibiscus Ave. A house was built on 1013 Hibiscus. On 6/13/2003, for the sum of $10, they deeded the house back to the bank to avoid foreclosure.
Corey still owns the undeveloped lot at 1011 Hibiscus. He paid taxes of $243.03 on 1/5/2009. His address is listed as being in Hummelstown, PA

The satisfaction of mortgage that was filed in October 2003—who satisfied the morgage?
It looks to me as if the bank was paid by the Hughes.
But I have no understanding of this. Brain freezes
