Resume Falsification of Radley Balko Exposed. Exaggerations A Common Tactic of the Left, Obama Acolytes.
Liberal (and ersatz libertarian) blogger and wanna-be pundit Radley Balko claims on his bio on his blog that he is a bi-weekly columnist for Forbes.com. But an investigation by the RLCIL demonstrates that Mr. Balko has taken extreme liberties perhaps even license with the term bi-weekly.
He makes his claim at, http://www.theagitator.com/about/, indicating, that, in addition to laboring over his poorly written blog, Im also a biweekly columnist with FoxNews.com.
However, the claim is not bourne out by the evidence. We searched through the Forbes.com site, and could find only two URLs, from the summer of 2005, authored by Mr. Balko.

You can check this out for yourself, dear reader. It is accurate as of 4:40 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, 10 February, 2009. We are sure he will remove the false claim momentarily.
Now, we wonder, can you take anything Radley Balko writes or says seriously, when he lies about his own resume? Wonder if his employers know about this?

In New Zealand, lying on you resume is an offense that can put you in gaol, as the hapless John Davy found out when he told amazing fibs on his resume so that he could run Maori Television.
Notably he claimed a degree from "Denver State University" which, of course, does not exist.
I'd be surprised if US Courts couldn't similarly gaol somebody for telling similar lies on their resumes. It is fraud, pure and simple.
May be some exceptions when it comes to classified jobs with the government, or misrepresenting yourself to get into a Military Service academy (I've heard of folks getting kicked out and finding themselves owing the US government some money).
However, after 56,009 posts on FreeRepublic, it seems to me most of these "columnists" in the hard-copy press are elementally inadequate.
The resume currently says he is a bi-weekly columnist for FoxNews.
I agree that the resume should be correct, or possibly updated, but isn’t the RLCI response a bit hysterical?
Yes, it was quite bold of me to claim a bi-weekly column for FoxNews.com when only two search results for my name turn up at Forbes.com. Thats some fine detective work, there, Puma.

Morons can’t even read their own source article.
They claim he works for forbes, the bio they quote says FoxNews. They search forbes to prove he is lying, except he doesn’t work there. Such a stellar little of blogdom.
Yeah - that’s some real quality research they’re doing over there at RCLIJ looks like.
It was also real smart of them to hotlink back to his site. Looks like he left them a nice ‘present’. LOL.
looks like you are the moron

Shockwaves Coming for Police and Prosecutors
By Radley Balko
Senior Editor, Reason Magazine
A forthcoming study from the National Academy of Sciences on the poor quality of forensic science in Americas courtrooms is expected to send shockwaves through the criminal justice system. According to The New York Times:

What “present” would that be? Computer hacking is a crime.

It turns out that Radley Balko really is a biweekly columnist at Fox News. It's just that it's hard to discover that when you search the Forbes site instead of Fox News.
Pretty hilarious.
Exactly.
Gee, you sound like a broken record, broken record, broken record.... posting the same thing 4 or 5 times will not make it any truer. Run out of lithium today???
