Believe it or not, I have a lot of respect for what you've done. I would also be dismayed & shocked to return home and find out what had happened to the country I was fighting for.

But the truth is, you're my canary. I expect others will react in the same emotional manner. Good. But don't take it out on allies - direct your anger at the source.

I haven't returned home yet.

And I am not shocked and dismayed.

I am invigorated and I am optimistic, as are many of my friends.
