The first person or company prosecuted under any law Obama signs will have standing to demand Obama’s BC. It will happen. May take six months but it will happen and any case will be litigated the same way and they will all go to SCOTUS if he does not deliver. And if SCOTUS tries to punt then they will have ZERO credibility like O.
