• House and Senate meet in conference committee (GOP could block the naming of conferees, but won't)
• A conference report emerges from the conference committee - probably in 1-3 days
• Each chamber takes up the conference committee report, usually one chamber goes first in case there are amendments to the conference report
• After both chambers pass identical language, the bill is enrolled, endorsed, and presented to the president
