Back in the day, Ghana was where Bill Clinton picked up, in person, a suitcase with $5.5 Mil in cash. 5 months later the simultaneous American Embassy Bombings in Kenya and Tanzania, to which Clinton’s response was blowing up an aspirin factory in Sudan, (which was really NO response.)
SUDAN was the country that offered up Bin Laden to clinton which clinton REFUSED.

At the time, the Philippines was a critical staging area for Al Qaeda, and a major, major money laundering drug hub, but the French authorities had gathered enough intel to strike there sharing its intel with us via interpol, of course.
Immediately after the African attacks, Al Qaeda moved its operations to INDONESIA which had staged a coup and democracy was ended. Indonesia then took the place of the Philippines as the money laundering and drug running hub.
This is a very long and very complicated history, but Clinton has ALWAYS had ties to terrorist groups. I warned about his ties to several groups, including Al Qaeda long before 9/11, but no one could get the proof positive.

NOW, Indonesia is being attacked immediately after yet another trip to Ghana by yet another bagman, Indonesia having been the replacement for the Philippines. Moving money NOW, from Indonesia and the offshore banks in the island nations around the Caribean.
Hell is breaking loose in Latin America.
ALL of this suggests that MAJOR money is on the move.
We ALSO do not know what happened to the $18 BILLION in American Securities which were being transported physically, not through bank transfers... captured in transit in Italy...but we DO know that Obama was in ITALY immediately before his trip to Ghana. My best bet is they were enroute to Marc Rich in Switzerland for laundering through his financial and gambling establishments, to be moved along to South Africa with whom Rich has a myriad of ‘business dealings,” then on to Haiti where bill clinton has just been named U N Special Ambassador. THIS is what he does.
What I THINK might have happened, is the personal animosity toward clinton, (maybe much more for obama,), coupled with Marc Rich’s support for Israel, might have unhinged him to the point where he covertly outted these securities to the Italian State Police, but NOT the Italian government. They were caught flatfooted. To recover from this, the Italian government obfuscated, hemmed and hawed, never authenticated the securities as either real or counterfeit. Plan B: the securities then went directly from Italy via obama to Ghana to SA. Who is going to search Air Force One?

It sounds tinfoily, but this is the way the rich and powerful underworld operates. This whole financial crisis was manufactured to move money, REAL money from country to country, government to government, which is the equivalent of a shredder. It is impossible to trace or find out where the money is, but government treasuries are empty all over the world.

It would have sounded “tinfoily” a few years ago. Now, it sounds quite plausible......and very frightening.

Maybe it’s just me, but I am seeing a lot of unfamiliar (or vaguely familiar) FReeper names on threads lately. These are not new sign-ups, most have been registered for awhile. I really believe the country is beginning to wake up to what is happening and is starting to show some concern (about time)......as evidenced by all the ‘new’ posters.
