The following poem was posted on several jihadist websites this week. The person posting it claims that it was written by one of the 9/11 hijackers. This claim cannot be verified.

I say regardless of this humiliation we proclaim.
So let all creation hear and mankind listen closely to us.
If the night of pain is prolonged and wounded ummah becomes sleepless.
The breaking of dawn is coming and rising of the sun of honor is near
And the night of shame shall vanish.
We shall bring back the life on honor once more.
And we shall defeat those who disbelieve.
We shall build palaces of glory up high with it’s pillars the sunnah and qur’an
And we shall take pride in the quran at a time, when the people take pride in immorality and shame.
And we shall draw a map for islam, with it’s borders honor, victory and establishment.
In an awakening of youth on whom the qur’an bestowed the dress of bravery not cowardice.
In their slogans is esteem and their word is a lesson
If others are proud that the west is their leader then we take pride that uthman and umar are our leaders.
Or if they are proud of the songs that they sing then our chants are al-anfal and az-zumar
the path of a jihad is a must in our faith and allah is the helper and from him a wait victory.
