The woman has been banned by her local council for failing to prevent the teenager from getting baptised, even though the girl was 16 and made up her own mind to change religion.
Hey, the UK doesn't have a 1st Amendment.
Also shows that the EU constitution's guarantee of religious expression (over 200 years behind us, BTW) is an empty promise.
Under Obama, the US won't either.

This is very similar to another case, where a foster mom was disciplined for failing to prevent a 16-year-old girl in her care from converting from Christianity to Islam...Oh wait, that never happened.
Ironically, if it had been the other way, how much you wanna bet that the foster mom would have been disciplined if she tried to prevent a christian girl from converting to Islam?
