But,
hold hearings on a proposal that funding be provided to impanel a committee to investigate the feasibility of the recommendation that a separate, non-partisan study group be formed to comprehensively investigate the myriad proposals now before the legislature, that, by means of a series of town hall meetings for benefit of the general public, along with closed discussions with designated, but disinterested technical advisory parties,
those aforesaid proposals be exhaustively studied, weighed as to their economic, environmental and societal benefits, as well as their suitability in address of the purpose to which they were proposed... So that a duly representative body of non-partisan community participants--representative of the muti-various religious, youth, educational and law enforcement officials-- ensuring the widest input from the varied constituent communities are allowed to give their voice in shaping an all encompassing, non-discriminatory , and unanimous decision as to the most all-inclusive,exploitative and environmentally responsible to address the current inequities of fish distribution and outline steps needed to redress said inequities to ensure equal access to fish of all desiring to obtain fish as a source of foodstuffs as part of a healthy, balanced, uncontaminated diet.....
And you'll eat steak.
For years to come.
Maybe THEY will eat steak, but we certainly won’t!
