Roll is being called on an amendment to:

Transfer sexual disease prevention & smoking cessation program funds to FDIC foreclosure programs

How about they transfer the planned give-aways to ACORN, to the SBA for low interest loans to create the wealth to help pull us out of the abyss?

Hell, how about a tax break to boost commerce.
