The people prone to fits of swooning, fainting etc. while Obama talks are the ones that supported, in his mind, his god-like image of himself. To get that kind of servile worship, Obama used NLP techniques (hyponotic suggestion) which required him to speak very slowly and to repeat certain language in a structured way - over and over for a minimum of 20 minutes and this is why he used a teleprompter (and had his own Comcast channel and 30 minute infomercial before the SuperBowl). As his popularity falls away, he may resort to his NLP techniques again. If so, he’ll need long blocks of air time to firm up his false image.
