Well anyway, something else occurs to me, that if conservatives don't make some noise within the states where these resolutions have been submitted; are met with a collective yawn? A loud and clear message will be sent to the state that nobody really cares, no?

Possibly, but at the same time, if/when things go south, those states are pre-set for seceding from the Union.
