You could be right. I just called Lugar's office (phone #'s at the bottom of the page), and Lugar hasn't released his position on whether he'll vote for this bill. He's supposedly trying to get some of the spending out.

I’ve already been told that Lugar will vote for the porkulus package. It’s common knowledge in Indiana. I sent him an email telling him not to vote for it but he doesn’t listen to the “uninformed masses.”
