Anyone know how late he was from the announced appearance?

I had CNBC on and they had some countdown to OBama going and it seemed like he was at least a half hour late to me.

The funniest part of this is that I can actually imagine these words coming out of his mouth.

And am I the only one who feels a little bit sick to my stomach when Hussein speaks?

Obama is trying to create chaos. He is also trying to appear strong at the same time, to disguise the chaos of his appointments. Obama has no control of anything at this point. He turned over all the vetting to Podesta and his Soros think tank and he turned over all his economic proposals to the Congress. Right now, Obama looks like an abject failure.

Does this guy know he won the election? Don’t candidates usually stop talking down the economy when they’re on the job? Zero continues to convince everybody they’re in danger of losing their jobs and they should stop buying. He’s convinced businesses that customers are afraid of losing their jobs and they’ve stopped buying. The businesses are responding by firing workers.

All this talk about pie makes me think of Sweeney Todd.

Obama is the demon barber & Pelosi owns the pie shop.

He is always late. So is his press secretary. I’ve heard several comments from the media about it. Whoever would have thought it would be the fact that Obama’s administration is inconsiderate when it comes to keeping the media waiting, that would finally turn them against him.

Peter Schiff: Stimulus Bill Will Lead to “Unmitigated Disaster”

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2179770/posts

“The fiscal stimulus bill being debated in Congress not only won’t help the economy, it will make the recession much worse, says Peter Schiff, president of Euro Pacific Capital. Schiff scoffs at the notion the economic decline is starting to level off and concedes no government action means a “terrible” recession. But the path of increased government intervention will lead to “unmitigated disaster,” says Schiff, who gained notoriety in 2007-08 for his prescient calls on the housing bubble and U.S. stocks. “

I think there’s something I’m missing here. Public opinion is largely opposed to this stimulous package. Why doesn’t obama just walk away from it and try to not take responsibility instead of trying to ram it through the Senate? I’ve heard commentators saying that obama didn’t embraced the bill without knowing what was in it - so why doesn’t he go with that and try to save some of his positive polling?
