Good point!
Let’s hope grownups in charge somewhere can get this guy convicted, or kept locked up somewhere.
I don’t get why we can still keep him in custody if all the charges have been dropped. Bambi seems to be so worried about their rights, yet we can keep them in custody when all charges have been dropped?
The big O ping
saquin, maybe you should find a postable article and put up a link, and some quotes, to explain in more detail. Showing people can be more convincing than reasoning
MY GOD!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!! I have accused Obama of thinking of some wicked stuff but this is beyond anything i could have come up with in my most drunken stupor EVER.
May God protect and save our military servicemen and women. The next four years will be their worst nightmare. Remember those who stand watch in your prayers tonight.
I am just physically ill over this.
WTF? Why?
Yes...the Ayatollah BHObama...
(p.s. don't blame me, I voted for the woman...and the guy on her ticket...)
Can it get worse?
Stop and think about it:
He wasn't raised as an American.
He has always tried to “change” America to his liking.
He is best friends with a man and woman who tried to blow-up America.
He refused to wear the flag of America.
He told the American military that America was responsible for 9/11.
His wife was never proud to be an American.
His chosen “spiritual mentor” hates America.
It's very simple. Barrack Husein Obama doesn't like America or Americans!

W prayed for them every day.
That SOB Obama just pissed on their graves!
Every act of zero is just another move that emboldens my enemies .. to wit, those that want the personal liberty and freedom I enjoy, eliminated and replaced with a tyranical government.
The 120 review period is just a way, invented for the purpose, to allow zero's people find a way to pardon the whole lot of those found as an enemy of our country.
The murder of Terry Schiavo was procedural also, sanctioned by a death (Hemlock Society) cult judge.
Interesting read. Thanks for the link.
I'll try.
The Pentagon's senior judge overseeing terror trials at Guantanamo Bay dropped charges Thursday against an al-Qaida suspect in the 2000 USS Cole bombing, upholding President Barack Obama's order to freeze military tribunals there.
The legal move by Susan J. Crawford, the top legal authority for military trials at Guantanamo, brings all cases into compliance with Obama's Jan. 22 executive order to halt terrorist court proceedings at the U.S. Navy base in Cuba.
Pentagon spokesman Geoff Morrell said Crawford dismissed the charges against al-Nashiri without prejudice. That means new charges can be brought again later. He will remain in prison for the time being.
Crawford was appointed to her post in 2007 by then-President George W. Bush. She was in the news last month when she said interrogation methods used on one suspect at Guantanamo amounted to torture. The Bush administration had maintained it did not torture.
As President Obama prepared to order the Department of Defense's Military Commission to withdraw charges against terrorist suspect Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri on Friday afternoon, the convening authority for the Commission, Susan Crawford, withdrew the charges on her own Thursday night.
The charges were withdrawn without prejudice, meaning they later can be reinstated in a military commission or pursued in a civilian court. Al-Nashiri will remain in custody.
So we’re going to give this guy a trial in the U.S., with the full panoply of Constitutional rights? Makes no sense.
I don’t see this as an improvement. What do we do, try this guy for murder? What jurisdiction do U.S. courts have, the crime took place in Yemen.
Exactly!
At what point and what will it take to arrest this traitor?
This many sickening moves this soon and you KNOW he ain’t done yet!
Explain this in more detail, including the part about the defendant staying in custody after the charges are dismissed...I truly am confused.
This procedural move would not have even been necessary had the One not ordered the closure of Club Gitmo. That was a boneheaded move.
Agree..I don’t understand enough of this to see why we should NOT be worried.
Please post a reference.
In other words, Crawford pulled the rug out from under Obama. Good for her.
