From the article:

Baldacci says there’s overwhelming interest in the stimulus, formally known as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. He says the Web page, which he unveiled Wednesday, will serve as a valuable tool for the public. Baldacci also says a section will be added to allow public comment.

The Web site provides information and resources so Maine people can track not only the legislation’s progress in Congress, but also actions taken by state government related to the stimulus.

Does it track the extra $3000 in debt (plus interest) every man, woman and child will be further in debt on top of the $35,000+ they each already owed?
