This is how it reads. . . Poor Obama "cannot escape" the evil Washington, he is "so humble" because he admitted to screwing up. .. and he is such a "gifted politician" but how can he bring change if so many mean people are in Washington?
This guy is very typical of newish AP content, horribly biased with SO MANY lefty assertions.
He could have escaped it by appointing someone other than a scumbag!

So far, the press is giving Mr. Obama a lot of cover. But that won’t last forever. The press will try to make up for the softball treatment it gave to the president during the election cycle.
Mr. Obama is not qualified under any definition of the word.
He is a speech making machine, at best. At worst, like what we are about to see, he is criminally unprepared to oversee the running of the finest country on earth.
In short, he is a state legislator, and nothing more. That’s the best I can say about him.

“Clearly gifted” would lend to NOT hiring tax cheats in high positions of government, but when a media outlet such as AP-Obama reports on it, what’s to be expected?
It is almost impossible to pick ANY democratic politician that is not a convicted or suspected criminal.

Gonna be a LONG four years for the zero. He’s clearly overmatched in this, the first real job for which he’s ever been held to account.
I’m seeing a lot of ragged looks on the zero; he looks like he’s aged years just since he won in November. Between four years of actually doing something constructive for the first time in his life and being married to Aunt Esther, he’s going to come out of this with a helluva lot more wrinkles and gray hairs.
