This group will consist of a broad selection of religious leaders who will all demand the moral necessity for increased welfare funding on every front; but will think that protecting the unborn is a murky personal issue which is “above their pay grade”. Worthless charlatans the lot of them.
When did healtcare and poverty become faith-related issues? And to the degree they are "faith-related", shouldn't the government ignore the faith-related aspects of them? Certainly establishing poverty programs because religion says we should take care of the poor is precisely the "establishment of religion" we are supposed to oppose.

He threw his “minister” under a double decker bus, denied ever going to his church or hearing any on his sermons, claimed he had never, ever been a Muslim....hasn’t been shy about his faith??? The only things Hussein hasn’t been shy about are giving the finger to various opponents, lying like a dollar watch and holding the American people in abject contempt.

Hmmmm. I suspect he views this as a way for him to use the government to increase the prestige of the religious left. If he plans to do that, then I would find a First Amendment objection to this. The government should not be in the business of establishing a religion.
