In fact, Esquire Magazine named him “Poormouth of the Year”
about forty years ago in Dubious Achievements.
I think they all learned it from him, as he was one of those O.T.S.O.R types, also. (”On the Shoulders of Roosevelt”, my nomenclature)
Yeah, what is it with the turned down mouth, I never see it in the business world or in private encounters. Is this something they teach in Political Science at elite universities?
