It is very unlikely that some number of agencies don't
already know his background. We will only guess at how
he could get where he is given that knowledge. If we still have 1st amendment rights when Barry and his colleagues are finished, someone may clarify for the lay public who the Soetoro/Obama team is, and how, constitutionally, they tied the hands of the court. It is now dramatically clear how little The Constitution means in the administration of our nation. His father never even applied for citizenship. His mother spent a career in Muslim countries. His education was paid for, in part, and entry to Harvard greased by a Saudi Prince, who also owns the largest block of Citicorp, lots of Newcorp (Fox) stock, Time Warner, Apple, ...

Money bought the concealment of almost everything about the background of this man. The first people whose lives are on the line in our nation are in the Military, and the military are being forced to face the reality of who Barry really is. It is morbidly fascinating to hear the same manner of confidence when Barry changes a proclamation he confidently made the previous day. He is a remarkably skilled confidence man. Natural Born, the Logan Act, lies about his name for the Bar and position after position - we are paying the price of a Constitution of Convenience.

Well, considering how people look at me when I mention it I wouldn’t be surprise if no one in government knew about it.

Why would any lifer bureaucrat in some agency stick his neck to harm the guy he probably voted for?

It was not the Supreme Court’s business on the natural born issue. They do not verify who can run for what nor does the Supreme act as a watch dog on who the states put on their ballots.

If someone brings the proper suit the SC will hear it.

The answer is to get a state to pass an explicit law requiring their respective sec of state’s to verify eligibility to be put on the ballot for the 2012 Presidential election.

All we need is one state and he is dust.
