The Dell guy, who was funny, was dropped right away from the commercials after he was caught with pot. I guess because Phelps is an athlete, he gets more lenient treatment.
He will probably get more lenient treatment because he’s advertising to a different consumer. I read that his Speedo sponsor has no problem with this “scandal.”
