Do either of you know if there is any activity in the courts - either the lower one where Berg’s case went, or SCOTUS? Haven’t read anything lately, which I assume means not much happenening, but any news would be appreciated.

The last activity came 5 days ago in the Berg case where a 3rd District judge denied a couple of motions but the case moves forward:

"The motions of his counsel [#4, #5] for the admission pro hac vice of Philip J. Berg and Lawrence J. Joyce are in abeyance until the Court has had the opportunity, in open court, to examine their credentials, their competence, their good faith, and the factual and legal bases of the complaint they have signed."
