The only way to prove beyond a doubt to you that the document is authentic is to mail a physical copy to you to examine for yourself. That's a pretty unreasonable standard, however, given that it would be expensive and troublesome to mail an official physical copy of the thing to everyone who requested one.

So he posts both a scan and a photograph on the internet. I'm not sure what else anyone can reasonably expect him to do, given all the other corroborating evidence that he was born in Hawaii, and the complete lack of evidence that he was born anywhere else.
