Hard to compare apples and oranges, but when you are talking over-all 5th generation capabilities, yes, very much better.
JSF has its own strengths, to be sure.

Because the F-22A is a Real Aircraft in service and proving itself.
The F/A-37 is a fictional aircraft.. created for a very bad movie. Stealth had to be one of the worst “military” style movies created in 10 or 15 years.
