They were never needed in the past when we were living 30 minutes away from having the soviets obliterating our cities. We’ve had other natural disasters in the past without the need for “relocation camps”. Funny how 0bama calls for the formation of an organization similar to the nazi SS or the soviet KGB and MVD (Civilian National Security Force) while one of his America hating rump ranger comrades is pushing to create these camps......
