If you want to smear Bush, there are a multitude of very legitimate reasons for doing so.

If it were indeed proved that Bush partook of illegal substances, would you change your opinion of Bush ?

Would you have voted for Kerry or Gore instead ?

You actually don't need pot for chemo. THe new anti nausea drugs are way better than they used to be and who wants to inhale a substance into his lungs when he already has cancer.

Shouldn't the states decide such an issue rather than the federal government? That was what candidate Bush said in 1999 or 2000.

Let's see, you could grow a plant for free or you could pay tons of money for a pill that works almost as well. Quite a difficult choice there.

I don't think the government at *any* level should be deciding this issue...it should be up to the individual.

But, if the government is going to stick its nose into the matter, I do think it should be handled by the States and not the Federal government.
