Don't know? This kind of smells like a shake down. They just happened to drop in on George while he was getting stoned? I suspect the local cops decided that since his brother is president of the US he's also probably loaded and wouldn't mind spending a bunch of his money to get his half brother out of jail.

Of course if that is what they are doing, they aren't very smart cops, but then connections are likely far more likely to get you hired as a cop in Kenya than brains are. Kenya is a pretty corrupt country.
