WHERE’S ZERO?! HE SHOULD BE THERE HANDING OUT BOTTLED WATER TO THOSE PEOPLE DIPPING BUCKETS IN CREEKS!!! (oh yeah, i forgot... he’s too busy helping timmy the tax cheat with the latest bankster bailout plan.)

In all seriousness though, it sounds pretty bad. My wife’s family lives in Louisville and most of them are still without power. My father-in-law is one of the fortunate ones with power and he has a dozen kids and relatives staying with him.

It is bad - there's still several hundred thousand people without power in Eastern Kentucky, Northeastern Tennessee, and southwestern Missouri. About the only federal help that I know is on site is TVA and that's because they have customers in many of those areas. This ice storm really tore up the grid.
