I am sorry to read of your hearing loss. Rush has an implant for his...so I would hope he is sensitive to the hearing impaired audience. I am not a subscriber to his 24/7 podcast...but I am wondering if there is possible closed captioning?

Rush has the audio download, the audio-video download (without closed caption) and the transcript is available as HTML text.

Thanks gitmo. The audio is no good or I would just listen to the show. It’s good for those who missed it and want to hear it.
