Alot of LEOs are ex-military, lest you forget. They took an oath and it will be forever in the back of their minds...

I know they will never follow tyranny regardless of a retirement plan.

I didn't say all, but placing faith in government employees to do what's in the best interests of the citizenry is folly.

...were, in the past. Now prior combat specialty servicemen are not very well liked at all in at all in police circles. Nor are married cops. ...been there and tried that, and The Police Chief's Association has come out quite a few times in favor of firearms control laws.

But the bill won't go anywhere.
